How to Make a Tissue Paper Flower Craft for Spring
Step 1: Stack all tissue paper sheets on top of each other.
Step 2: Fold all the sheets together around 1-inch increments, like an accordion.
Step 3: Take the pipe cleaner and tie the tissue paper tightly around the middle of the folded paper.
Step 4: Round out the both ends of tissue paper to make petals.
Step 5: Carefully pull each piece of tissue paper away from the center.
