Step 1: First we will draw a flower on our paper plate using a pencil.
Step 2: Using water color we will color it using various colors
Step 3: We will use a scissor to give the paper plate a shape of a paper. Cut out the edges of a petal and if you want you can give it a zig-zag pattern as well.
