Step 1: Cut out your paper plate from the center in the form of a circle.
Step 2: Apply glue over a construction paper and decorate with some glitter.
Step 3: Stick this paper decorated with glue right at the center of the paper plate.
Step 4: Cut out a snowman face from the paper plate and stick it on the paper plate.
Step 5: Cut out a snowman hat from a black construction paper and stick it on the head of the snowman.
Step 6: Stick two googly eyes for the snowman and make a face with a black sharpie.
